You may notice that all of the football players are quarterbacks. Together with the word change in the flavor text, this should prompt you to look at the backs of quarters. Which quarters? Well, the quarterbacks all play for teams that are from a state rather than a city, such as the Arizona Cardinals. Look on the back of the appropriate state quarter for a phrase, which matches the number of blanks next to that player. Fill in the phrase and take the letter corresponding to the uniform number to get a message:
