The pie charts correspond to the letters in the slice titles. So, the number of letters in those titles is equal to the number of smallest slices in the pie chart. For each color, then, you can take the letters corresponding to the size and position of the slice in the chart:
The blue section in the first pie covers four slices, so take the first four letters of the title (NEXT). The next three colored sections each cover one slice, and taking the 5th, 6th, and 7th letters from the titles, respectively, gives CON. The light blue section at the end again covers four slices, so take the last four letters of that title (VERT). Doing the same for the second pie, where all colors cover one slice, gives T, H, E, S, and E. When you do this for all six pies, you get the following message: NEXT CONVERT THESE PIES TO BAR GRAPHS RUNNING HORIZONTALLY. If you do that, you will notice that each bar graph forms a letter. The first bar graph, with long bars at the top and bottom and short bars in between, looks like a C, the second one looks like an I, and so forth, making the solution word CIRCLE. |
